Tell me about your role at Clix Capital?
At Clix Capital, I handled end-to-end design for branding and marketing initiatives.
I created social media creatives, emailers, website banners, and pitch decks. My focus was on maintaining strong brand consistency across digital and offline platforms. I also contributed to UI assets for the website and Mweb.

What was your biggest achievement?
My key achievement was ensuring consistent brand communication across multiple channels. I worked on a wide range of assets - from social media to pitch decks, while maintaining quality. This helped strengthen the overall brand presence.

Why did you stay for 4 years?
Clix Capital gave me the opportunity to work across diverse design requirements. I gained hands-on experience in branding, marketing, and digital design.
The role allowed me to build strong fundamentals and consistency in my work. This continuous learning kept me engaged over the years.

What skills did you develop at Clix Capital?
I worked on a mix of things like branding, marketing creatives, and visual storytelling.
Along with that, I also did video editing, helped with corporate events, and handled vendors when needed. I was involved in internal communications as well, creating designs for different teams.
Overall, this experience made me more flexible and comfortable handling different kinds of work.

How did you transition from a consultant to an Assistant Manager at Clix Capital?
I initially worked as a design consultant, focusing on delivering creatives across different requirements. Over time, I consistently took ownership and handled a wider range of work beyond just execution.
Based on my contribution and reliability, I was offered a full time role as Assistant Manager. It was a natural progression as my responsibilities and involvement grew within the team.
