Your questions
answered.
01
What do you mean by “cracking templates”?
It means analysing complex or inconsistent templates and restructuring them into clean, scalable, and designer-friendly formats that junior designers can easily edit and reduce turn around time.
02
Did you collaborate with global teams?
Yes, I closely collaborated with US-based designers to align on the brief shared by the clients.
03
How did you ensure brand consistency?
By strictly following brand guidelines.
Most interesting thing I can tell is that there is a big book of guidelines laid out by the seniors which not only solves the doubts of designers but also when you read it, your brain automatically tunes into an organised way of working.
04
What did you learn at KPMG?
I learned how to design for scale - creating systems that work across teams, geographies, and high-pressure consulting environments. Working at this level gives you confidence in what you are designing.
05
Why did you decide to move on from KPMG?
While my experience at KPMG was valuable, I had to move back to my hometown due to a family emergency. However, I’ve continued to apply the learnings from my time there, and I’m grateful for the exposure and experience I gained.
